Today, over 4 million elementary school students in the US do not receive any arts instruction- ProjectArt is solving this epidemic. 

 

ProjectArt is building the largest free arts school for youth in the US, without owning a single building. Currently, we offer free, after-school visual arts classes to youth in the nation's public libraries taught by emerging contemporary artists. Currently, our programs are offered in NYC, Detroit and Miami, with programs launching in LA, Chicago and Pittsburgh in 2017. Our innovative model grants studio spaces in public libraries to contemporary artists, who, in return, teach art classes free to youth in low-income communities.
